Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be over 18, not employees (or their families) of Range Hospitality, or anyone connected with the draw.
2. Monthly Prize draw is open to anyone who registers his/her personal details on our website during each calendar month upto the 26th day of that month.
3. Only one entry (registration) person is allowed regardless of in which month it has been done.
4. By registering his/her personal details on our website the entrant confirms his/her acceptance of these terms and conditions and gives voluntary consent to Range Hospitality to store his/her personal details on its database, share them with associated companies/service providers and use them for marketing purposes, to send promotional material, newsletters and company updates by email, phone, mail etc.
5. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is required.
6. Entries received after the 26th day of each month will be considered in the following month’s draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. Range Hospitality will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
7. Each winner of the draw will receive the right to use a fully furnished 5 star studio suite in Karbala during a week over fifty years in accordance with terms and conditions specified in the corresponding Mulkiyat Intifa’a agreement.
8. The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. However the winner will be free to allow his friends/relatives use the property or derive rental income from it.
9. The monthly draw will be held at the end of every month in the premises of Range Hospitality in Dubai or its service providers. Range Hospitality will use the physical/technological resources it considers suitable for this purpose and a random winner will be selected.
10. The results of the draw as declared by Range Hospitality will be binding upon all entrants and not subject to any appeal or enquiry. No correspondence on this will be entered into.
11. Range Hospitality will make its best efforts to communicate the results to the winner by email, phone and regular postal service at the contact details registered. The winner will also be announced on our website.
12. The winner must provide required details/documents to Range Hospitality within one month of the date of the draw for the prize to be formally granted failing which it will expire.
